I am a S'pore PR, intend to purchase a 500K condominium, I'd like to know whether I can get the 80% loan from bank? current situation is working in China's MNC, need complete the 3 yrs contract, then will be bk S'pore, pay slip will be provide by this MNC in China, I did not contributed the CPF from last May, if I intend to purchase a house, shall I need to contribute as a voluntary and start it now? The annual income is around S$40K to S$45K, is there any bank can provide the financing? Thanks.
