I am a single unmarried male, 31 yo. I have a pair of single unmarried aunt's who currently both co-own a HDB.
I'd like to check on the two scenarios:
1) can one aunt sell her ownership to the other aunt, then
2) can I then buy a RESALE HDB with that aunt? Either as a co owner or co occupier?
