Afternoon Grace,

I started up about 6 years ago, as part time agent. I have the same issue as your current situation. Being persistent, patient and willing to learn from mistake are the important factors. However, having passion and drive is not the ultimate ingredient. You need a mentor who is willing to guide and teach you the roles.
It's tough to start from scratch but even tougher if you are left to float in the middle of the deep blue sea.
