I am a Singapore PR, i was away from Singapore for 4 years (No CPF contribution during these 4 yrs); now plan to go back to SG and keen to purchase a property in SG. What is the requirement to get a housing loan? My income is around SGD 8k per month, i dont hav any other financial commitment, how much loan can i get?

Judging from what you said, getting a loan from bank should not be a problem for you. But I feel that it will be better for me to know what are your requirements before referring bankers to advise you on your home purchase.
