I am a Singapore PR holder and my wife is a Singapore Citizen. Currently we are living in overseas. We want to purchase a 4RM HDB flat in Toa Payoh as my wife's parents live near to Toa Payoh. Last year, my wife's sister bought a HDB flat near to Toa Payoh and she got Child's grant.
Now could you please tell me the following:
1.Are we eligible for any grants like child's grant or First time buyer grant(this is first time we are buying), etc?.
2. How long it takes for the whole process to buy a flat?
3. To buy a 4RM/5RM flat near to Toa Payoh MRT, how much we need to have in hand?(we have around 45K in CPF)
