I am a property agent and have been in the industry for some time. I am thinking of changing agency and looking for a mentor who can guide me in a VERY SYSTEMATIC way in the Rental market.
Every mentor I have met till date has tried to change my focus from rental to sales and I am certain there are many agents out there doing very well focusing only in rentals. If I work with a sales focused mentor, I won't be able to put in my full potential because they usually promote you to sign up for courses which are also sales focused and are not totally sure of the paperwork or the changes that take place in the rental market.
Any advice is greatly appreciated.
