I am a DIY Buyer. Just receive a draft financial statement from HDB. I need to pay a lump sum of atleast 6k of shortfall after the deduction of grant and CPF. Is there a possibility that I could make a staggering monthly payment of this shortfall? Thank you for your help and opinion.
