No disrespect for my opinion but the easy work has been done in searching and shortlisting for a property. Here comes the portion of documentation where responsibilities and contractual obligations will be involved if any legal implications kicks in. I have to say it should be no lesser than 0.5% of the purchase price with GST, for the amount of responsibility involved.
