I am a 27yo single male. I hv about 50k CPF. Can I purchase a resale flat as the sole owner and put my parent/siblings' name as the occupiers of the flat?
Currently, we do not own any HDB flat as my father had sold the flat 5 yrs ago.
Will I be eligible for any HDB grants too?

Hi Han,

You will be able to purchase a resale flat based on a Family Nucleus (You & Parent)

There is Income Ceiling for the type of flat you may purchase.

I am afraid that there isn't any CPF grant matches you.

If buying a resale is quite stretch on your financial , have you thought of applying BTO instead?
