I am 2nd buyer as hdb had quoted me, sharing together with my son.. Plz refer to my earlier question but none reply me yet, anyway.. I chge my mind. both of us, have abt $101k in cpf, can we buy 4rm open market but we don't have any cash?

Hi Ms Larki,

For all HDB resale purchase, minimum cash of $5,000 is required as deposit for exercising the option to purchase.

Have you applied for HLE on HDB website? The rest of the payment for the flat could be paid with CPF if your HDB housing loan is approved and the maximum loan amount and your CPF balance are sufficient to cover your purchase.
