I a Bristish Citizen, singapore PR. I have my name as owner on a pte property in singapore. My wife is singaporean and also has her name on pte property in singapore. Her property is fully paid for. I would like to use her cpf to pay toward the property in my name. Is this possible? do is need to transfer her name onto the property and if yes, how do i do that? and will it cost anything? or as we are married can her cpf be used without putting her name on the property?
