Good afternoon Sir/ Mdm,
I hope you never been through anything worse and I am not sure what happened.
Have a good chat with your agent but if worse come to worse when things dont work out, you can feedback to his/ her company or CEA.

Am unsure what have happened for you to check on the above but just like what YT has mentioned, communication between agent and client is key, therefore why not try to have a good conversation with the agent involved first and if there is no progress, then file the complain?
