How many sets of keys do i have to give my tenant? I am leasing to a corporate tenant. The unit will be occupied by 2 employees (1 room each). The company's HR wants a set of keys for themselves. I have total 4 sets of keys.. do I have to give them total 3 sets? (1 each for employee, 1 for HR)
