Hi Peter,
Most EM has a granny/helper/store room at the ground floor and 3 more rooms on the upper level. Some owners hacked the room on the ground floor to create a bigger dining area which is what I did.
My neighbour who is staying on the top floor, corner unit will be selling her place in a month's time when her new condo TOP.
