Hi Peter,

Most EM has a granny/helper/store room at the ground floor and 3 more rooms on the upper level. Some owners hacked the room on the ground floor to create a bigger dining area which is what I did.

My neighbour who is staying on the top floor, corner unit will be selling her place in a month's time when her new condo TOP.

Most EM have maid's room in the 1st level and 3 bedrooms on the second.
Some owners choose to do away with the maid's room.
