I believe no Agent can guarantee you a fixed timeline to sell your landed house, unless they themselves buy over your house within the agreed timeline if they fail to find a buyer for you.

Various factors will affect the Timeline of sale of your landed property. Some of these factors include (but not limited to),
- current supply line, whether there are a lot of competition unsold in your neighbourhood;
- current market demand, whether there are a lot of buyers looking around this area;
- your asking price, whether is it realistic and competitive;

Averagely it takes about 6months to sell a landed , or ranges from a few months to a year or two years , it might make sense to price it optimistically or on the high side if you feel that prices are going up , on the other hand , to price it realistically or at a fair market price if you feel price is stabilizing or going down .
