We are not anticipating any new supply being introduced into the market within the vicinity, other than those further up in Tampines area like Alps Residences and etc, which may compete with the projects within the Bedok Reservoir area.
Going by that, with recent collective sales ongoing, there maybe a situation where demand may surge in the area due to the displacement of these owners. If you are able to get yourself a unit below value in Waterfront Waves, I guess it will not be a bad investment afterall, but do not expect the margin to be huge. Not to forget, you will still be subjected to Seller's Stamp Duty should you sell within the 3 years period.
