How can I apply for a resale flat under non-citizen spouse scheme?
I am an unemployed SC with two Australian children while my husband is an Australian citizen working overseas. We are interested to buy a resale flat in Singapore however the main source of income will be from my husband who isn't the main applicant of the house since he is not Singaporean. Must the main applicant be the one who is working or can the income be from the spouse?
