Hi,I'm interested in purchase DBSS. Currently staying in HDB under bank loan.Since I'm servicing the monthly payment myself,my CPF is not enough to cover the downpayment and OTP..My question is should I sell my HDB flat first or confirm to purchase DBSS?when should I start to sell if DBSS takes 3yrs to finish. I'm SC and married.
