I'm considering a unit at 1300++ sq feet (3 bedrooms) at below 1 million. I saw that it's possible to still that Dover Parkview at 600+psf according to feb 2011 URA transaction info.
If there's any such unit, please let me know. I'm ok with lower floor unit. Thanks!
