Mark, your RIGHT choice
Good day to you! I would be more than happy to assist you in your house buying in Parc Rosewood. Feel free to give me a call at 81255537 or email me anytime in order to send you a report on all 2 bedder in Parc Rosewood.
Being the purchaser of a private property, you do not need to pay any commission.
Hope to hear from you soon! .
Well you can choose to pay him or let your agent get the commission from seller. But let it be known that if the seller is paying your agent, you have no negotiating edge to begin with.
How motivated do you think a person will go the extra mile to reduce his pay for the extra work he put in?
I'd advise you to maybe set a low comm of maybe 1%, then offer a cut from the amount he manage to get below asking price.

I will be able to assist you on this. Commission matters can be discussed further when we meet up. I am flexible with it, as long as you achieve your purchasing objectives, which is the main priority.
May I know if you have already shortlisted any units? Also, if you're purchasing for own stay or for investment purpose?

If we were to factor in that we can help you negotiate a better deal where you potentially save more than $15k, would it be okay for you to say pay us 50% of this savings as our service fees?
There is no hard and fast rule in service fees application, although the general rule of thumb will be to share the service fees among both the seller's and buyer's appointed salesperson for private property transactions. If we really look into the dynamics of interest, although a purchaser's salesperson has duty of care to the purchaser, but how effective can that be carried out if the service fees is coming from the seller's pocket?
And to that extent, you are now looking for a professional who can provide the right advise, negotiate a better deal for you and take care of your interest in the whole purchasing process, do you think it will be fair that you should pay for the commission such that your representation can be done to best effect?
I cannot think of any professions that provides free professional services unless for those financially not well off consumers.
