Hi,I am currently 3rd owner of hdb but bought e house abt 4yrs ago.Despite me reminding my parents to relinquish my name but give sorts of reason,till lately when Hdb pursue tis matter.i told this is a very serious matter ,I went to hdb,the bank and meet and AP.First reason my dad and mom are old and don't think they are eligible for another housing loan.Secondly no one in the family wants to take over my place,as my stepmother still got two sons and does not own a hdb house.lastly I would love to take them in my house but I have my family which consist of wife,two sons,a maid,father in-law,mother in-law and lastly sister in-law.altogether 8 of us living in my house.i feel that my parents and siblings are being selfish,they now wants to see an MP if that doesn't help they wants to meet oppositions party..Dear gurus do u have any advice or options for them as I do not wish hdb to reposes my house as I will or not know where my own family of 8 going to sleep?I can't take it ..help.
