Hi,HDB had reply we can rent out our whole flat.

1. may we check what the min-max monthly rental we can get from a 3bedroom HDB Flat, Blk 340 Bukit Batok?

2. how much to pay the agent or only those who rent pay the agent commission?

3. We don't want to involve in handle Tenant Furnished request work , collection, repair etc items. Anyone got ready Tenant and can get us max rental fees base on this area, pls let us know. tks

Hi JJ,

1) According to HDB statistics in 3rd Qtr 2010, the median rent for Bukit Batok 3 room and 4 room is $1.5k and $1.8k respectively. Rental amount will depend on location, furnishing, condition of the house etc.

2) Agent commission is 0.5 months for a one year lease, 1 month for a 2 year lease. Landlord agent collect comms from landlord whereas tenant agent collect from tenant. No dual representation allowed.

3) The agent represent you would be assisting you in handling all request.
