Hi! would like to find out if currently me n husband living in a 3 room hdb balance loan is 35k.intend to buy EC around 570k we have cash in hand 60k.Problem is i just got back to work 2 months ago, husband is self employed annually income around 17k to 20k for the past 9 years,would be able to get bank loan? or must sell 3room 1st or paid up bal loan so that no need to rent a place while waiting for the EC top? With me($2500p/mth)and hubby($17000p/mth) what amount$$$ would we be able to loan as we r in our early 40s
