If you're referring to Skyville @ Dawson, then the plot in front of it has a plot ratio of 2.1. This means that the maximum height it can go up to would be 24 storeys.

Hi David,

1) Skyville @ Dawson is currently facing a park. There are no changes to URA Master Plan 2019.
2) Comparing Master Plan 2014 & 2019, the changes are on the reserve land beside the Rainbow Centre has designated as Health & Medical care with a plot ratio of 2.1 from a reserve land.
Although with a plot ratio of 2.1 the storey height can be as high as 24 storeys but don't think we going to see such a height for a medical & health centre.
3) Of course, never said never. There is a possibility and this shall dependent on MOH on how high is enough for them since using plot ratio cannot stop them from doing so.
4) But looking further it is all landed properties including some GCBs. I believed these people are more worried than you since they are directly affected by that changes.
