Hi, whenver i contact almost all of the agent for nice clean renovated looking rental listed units on propertyguru, its always claimed as taken wherever its refreshed few minutes back. Or else profile doesn't match.
Shouldn't there be any mandatory requirement section in ad displaying expected tenant profile /nationality to avoid disappointment.
Still hard to believe, when 99.99% of such cozy units are taken, why are they even lying there in listing.
