Hi, what is the procedure like if i am taking UOB bank for my housing loan but the buyer for my private property is intending to take DBS for the loan. And will there be any fees for this kind of transfers?

Hi Ivan,

You need to see two seperate process in this case. If I understand your question correctly, you used bank loan from UOB for your Private Property but buyer will use DBS for bank loan. There is no transfer fee involved as you need to clear your loan with UOB. Buyer need to get loan from DBS or any banks. Pls do not hesitate to call me if you have any doubt on this.
