Hi, what is the agent commission for selling HDB? If I have signed an exclusive with a agent and sales closed for 2% commission, buyer which brought my flat still need to pay commission??

Morning,

Under the current ruling, your acting salesperson can only represent you, hence he's not allow to collect commission or red packet from your buyer. Commission payable do not have a fixed value as it's to be nego between the client and the salesperson.
