Hi, we currently own a BTO flat but are looking to buy a suitable resale HDB next, while still keeping our first BTO flat for our parents to stay in it. We also want to keep the BTO flat under our name. Will we be charged a resale levy for the resale HDB that we buy? (2nd property)

I saw HDB page saying resale levy does not apply if you buy a resale HDB next. But it does not state if this is if i sell my 1st property (BTO flat)
