We are SPR(me and my husband). We have around 24k in cpf and 40k in hand. we wish to buy a 4 room hdb in woodland/bukit panjong area. is it possible? If valuation price is 330k and cov is 25k/30k, what will be the total amount we need to pay in cash?besides cov,stamp duty,agent fee is there any other cost? can we get personal loan and house loan together?
