We are PRs and recently selected a hdb unit. The unit has not completed its MOP as yet but the seller has received an exemption from hdb to sell the unit . We had given the option fee to the owner as well as applied for a housing loan which was approved.
Because of the high COV, we also applied for a personal loan which has also been approved.
But after one week, we were informed by our agent via the owner's agent that the unit is not eligible for PRs. After checking on the HDB site for eligibility we saw that there is no information about the blk as the it has not completed its MOP yet.
Please advice what we should do now.
