Hi to all Gurus,I had a bad record with the local banks before but never bankrupt.i had cleared my old debts with the banks since 2011 Jan.....current status I do not owe any bank money and my status with MAS is not cleared yet.Currently i am self employed and annual income is about $80,000k....My question is can i get loan from the bank to buy a resale hdb flat?or do i still have to wait?any options?i am single and above 35 and my CPF is at least $90,000k....i am looking for a 4 room flat....please advice.
