Hi to all expert, we would are looking for resale HDB btw 250k to 350k (for 4 rms with low/no cov)at the west area. my current cpf ard 30k while my wife none as she is not working. We only have a tight cash flow of ard 10k. Pls advice can we get a loan for the initial payment (if 10k not enough) and any offers of units suit our needs.thnks.
