For D'Leedon, the price has largely remained stagnant for the past 10 years and therefore if you are looking to buy for capital appreciation, you may want to consider other options instead.

Some RCR and OCR projects enjoy strong demand from home upgraders and therefore tend to outperform the CCR projects.

    The reason why prices are slow in going up is because units facing Leedon Green construction site are selling at low prices due to the noise and dust from the construction site. This is only temporary because once Leedon Green is completed, d'Leedon unit prices will go up again. From an investment perspective, this price anomaly is a great opportunity to buy in. Already, the psf for d'Leedon is creeping upwards. The low prices won't last.
