Hi there.. I'm a divorcee and dating a single mum with 2 kids.. We are planning to buy a house together.. As for me, this will be my 2nd purchase as my first matrimonial flat have been transferred over to my ex wife & daughter.. As for my partner, she will be a first time buyer.. Is it good to buy a BTO or a resale flat? What are the pros & cons in buying either any type of flat?
