Your information is wrong. You can only register with a real estate agency after you clear your RES exams.
To kickstart your real estate journey, you must be academically qualified (4 'O' level passes or WPLN certified).
Thereafter you will then be eligible to attempt RES course and exams. Once you pass the exams then you can register as a licensed salesperson.
