I’m interested in stepping into this industry full time and would definitely love to find out more - the pros and cons for sure. I do have a diploma in Real Estate Business taken a few years back in Ngee Ann Poly thus am I exempted from taking the exam and just be required to apply for the license?
Would definitely need someone to advise what is it like to be expected in this industry. I am also someone who needs a mentor to guide, rather than just throw me out there. Also, how much would I be expecting to fork out for starters and would it be reimbursed?
There are so many questions I have and questions that I may not know how to ask. Would leave more questions when I’ve shortlist the agency. Thanks in advance!
