Do you have the relevant educational qualifications for you to kickstart this career path?

i.e. diploma or degree in real estate etc

If not, you will have to clear your real estate salesperson (RES) course and exams first.

Next upcoming exams is in Oct. You can source to register yourself into a school that is convenient to you.

Hi, to be a property agent, whether part-time or full time, the min age is 21 yrs, must be Singapore citizen or PR, must have min 4 O level passes, within 2 sittings. Next, you have to sign up and pass the RES (Real Estate Salesperson) course. Once you passed your RES exams, you then join an agency of your choice and the agency will apply for your license from CEA (Council for Estate Agencies) for you.
It is important you join the right team with the right Mentor/Manager as this will greatly decides your future success. By joining the right team with proven success formula, your kick start is very much easy. Our team, Powerful Negotiators Group is the largest team in PropNex, and ProNex is also the largest agency in Singapore. I was a retired Warehouse Manager, completely alien to this industry, and I was fortunate to have found this team 12+ years ago, starting alone as a newbie and today I have a strong team of agents and still growing.
