Hi, thanks alot for answering my previous question.Now the issue is my dad signed the OTP(binding contract i guess)last wk of Nov or 1st wk of Dec 09.the buyer has already paid us 5k.When we checked with our agent whether he has submitted our OTP to HDB, he said he has alr done so. However when I went down to Toa Payoh hdb hub on Mon,to check under my dad's ic,our address, the staffs said that nothing has been submitted to HDB yet.So far, we have not been given a copy of the OTP 2.The agent is delaying and not giving us a proper ans.Wat should we do now???The HDB said that since they have not receive any resale application from our address, they cant fix the 1st appt. But my dad said no dates were stated in the OTP when he signed.Please advise....Wat action should we take nuw?Whom should we complain 2???Thanks.
