Hi Team,
I rented a flat through an agent but the owner turned to be a fraud, she did not let me in and kept delaying the move-in date.
When I filed a case with small claims (Claim No. SCT/XX71/2010) and approached HDB for flat details, came to know this is HDB direct rental flat and they have seized the flat.
Now the writ seizure and sale from small claims will be ineffective. So I want to take action against the agent for not letting me this known in the first place but unfortunately I have lost the card of the agent so not sure which agency to approach.
Can you please advice my future course of action and also let me know how to find the agency of this agent so that I can take this case forward?
