hi, sorry, i'm sure this has been asked n answered before but just couldn't locate the thread and also, in the context of current COE px level i thot might as well pose this query again - is it an absolute necessity for RES to own a car? i'm pretty certain it's an absolute advantage when it comes to servicing clients but… for a rookie agent it could be tough trying to maintain costs at the same time. so i wonder if any kind gurus cld offer his/her frank opinion? Thx.

Morning Deep,

I have being a salesperson for 7 years without car and I'm still surviving. Having a car is good but not necessary. Just do not be too greedy to swallow more than you can take. Your manager should be able to advice you too.
