Hi Sir/Mdm I would like to ask what is the average salary that people who start out it their first year have earned ( base on your estimation within your team) It would really help to list out all the hidden cost.
I am looking into working full time in the business and am actually willing to work beyond 12 hours a day probably 6-7 days a week and will have no troubles knocking from doors to doors several hours a day.
To be honest I am asking this question is because I feel there is too many feel good real estate agent recruitment so I advertisement out there , so I really wish to know the harsh reality.
Would appreciate to have some figures given out on the average income the first year agent are earning so I can know what to expect:)
