Hi, Singapore single citizen planning to apply for a 2 room flexi BTO. Few questions that needs help.
1) What happens when if I get married later to a foreign spouse who owns a private property overseas? The spouse will visit but will not stay in Spore.
2) Must we inform HDB of a legal marriage registered overseas?
3) If I get PR in the foreign country, can I keep the HDB unit?
4) As PR of another country ,is there a requirement for a specific no.of days that we must occupy the HDB flat? Are there any problems if I come back to Spore for only short period of time per year?
