Hi Property Gurus, I am a Singaporean, 30 married to a foreigner with no kid. My wife is currently holding Work Permit. Am I eligbility buy a BTO flat. I am first time homebuyers. My OA is around S$46,000. Total salary of my wife and mine is less then S$5000, how much will my be grant? Thanks :)
