Hi property guru, pls advice, i sold my 4 room flat last year due to some financial problem, trying to get loan from HDB ,but HDB refused to increased my loan amount to qualify me for a 3 room flat.what they are giving is probably enough for 2 room flat, pls advice there are 5(3 school going children) of us and we desperately need a 3 room flat. what can you advice on this. Due to my financila status banks are not giving me a second chance even though i have settled my debts to the banks.
