Hi, please may I know if I sell my HDB flat and would like to buy another HDB flat at the same time,(contr basis) could I cash out all the money earn beside those from our CPF account? Meanwhile, my flat fully paid from day 1, purchased in sep 2007 and buying a resale 2rm with no loan. how much cash involved in new ruling of stamp duty ...etc? in my case, does i meet the MOP?
Can any of you Guys help? thks.

Dear sir/madam,

Utilising ECF, you'll need to use at least 50% of the cash proceeds from the sale of your existing property. As you are doing a sell and purchase, ABSD is not applicable and you will need to observe 5years MOP for the purchased unit.
