Hi! Our main tenant were retrenched and thier working pass were not renewed. Our tenancy contract will end on march 2022. Is the owner allowed to make a new contract for us remaining tenant with increased rental fee? The agent said its a new contract for us who were left. We requested that we will just continue the contract but the agent insist for an increase of rental as the owner wanted. Thank you.
