Hi,
Need advice.
Currently my 3 room (HDB)are under both my parent and my name.
And in 3 years time, i will be reaching 35 year old.
Question 1: Will it be possible for me to pay up the whole mortgages and transfer the flat name to my parent (In another words, remove my name).
Question 2: If yes for the first question. Can I apply for purchasing of resale flat with HDB loan after the trasnfer?
Last Question: With the trasnfer of the flat name to my parents name. Can they rent out the unit?
