Hi, my mum rents a flat from HDB and after my dad passed away my name is the 2nd name. My mum wants to remain staying in the rental flat. But i'm getting married soon and my fiancee and myself want to buy our own house. As long my mum name is 1st name and it is a rental unit and we pay monthly. Is that any issue ?
