Hi, my hdb flat MOP is 1st Dec this year.
However, i did call HDB and ask if i can market my property, mean advertise on my own before 1st dec and the agreement is 2 dec. The hdb person say i can do that as long the agreement date is after 1st dec.
So, am i able to sell now, and let the buyer know that the agreement have to be after 1 dec? meaning buyer have to wait about 4-5 months to get my house. wait for sept, nov, dec , jan, feb.
