Hi, my family currently has a 4 room HDB flat in Woodlands that my sister and parents are joint-tenants of for the last ten years. My sister will be 35 of age in 2 years time.
I know it is possible for me to become one of the joint-tenant.
I am wondering if by the time my sister hits 35, can she withdraw her name from our current flat, buy a resale flat, and we all move there. While renting out our current flat. And I become one of the joint-tenant.
I am aware that we will need to repay her CPF with interest (which should be in the realm of 60k). I am thinking is it possible to do a refinance with the bank and loan additional funds to repay her CPF?
